The Challenge

An independent Tel Aviv clothing store had a new summer collection that needed to be shot, presented, and marketed within three weeks. Their history with traditional production: product photographer at 12,000 ILS, location and styling at 8,000 ILS, model at 6,000 ILS, editing, and two more weeks of waiting — totaling 40,000-50,000 ILS and a full month off their timeline.

The collection included 24 items that needed on-model shots, flat-lay images, close-up detail shots, and lookbook imagery for the Instagram campaign. Simple math — traditional production would cost around 50,000 ILS and take 4-6 weeks. The owner could not wait, and could not pay.

Past experience with a budget photographer ended in images that embarrassed her — they didn't reflect the brand she'd built. She wanted something that looked elegant, branded, and visually consistent across all items — not another batch of photos that looked like eBay listings.

The Solution

Full AI Content Production System for a Fashion Collection

  • Strategy & branding session: color palette, mood board, visual style, and brand tone of voice definition
  • AI product photography: all 24 items — on-model realistic shots, professional flat-lay, close-up fabric detail shots
  • Collection lookbook: 12 editorial AI images that tell a cohesive visual story of the full collection
  • Instagram content: 30 posts ready to publish — Reels, Carousels, Stories with branded captions
  • Story Highlights: cover design, Best Sellers callout, Behind the Scenes, and collection news
  • A/B variants: each product image in two styles — minimal and lifestyle — for paid campaign testing
  • Brand kit: visual guide enabling the store to continue producing content independently in the future

What We Achieved

The collection launched with 127 AI images at a quality level the store owner had never seen — and none of her customers could tell it was AI. The first Reel post received 34,000 organic views and 620 saves. Within 5 days, 7 out of 24 collection items were out of stock — something that had never happened to the store before. First-week sales rose 62% against the regular weekly average. And the savings? 38,000 ILS that stayed in the business.

I told them that if it looks fake, I won't publish it. When I saw the first images, I went to the bathroom to cry from relief. Nobody could tell it was AI.
